Great Evening For Running - Running Journal September 4, 2008

What a great run tonight. It is cooling off and I always run well when the season changes. In the spring I run better cause I can shed the heavy clothes I have worn all winter. The fall is my favorite since I can run so much better when the heat is gone. I kept a pretty good pace the entire run but the last few miles I really picked up the pace. I ran 6.6129 miles.

I ran 4 miles yesterday. Saturday I ran the Hog Days Stampede. That has always been one of my favorite races; I think I have run it every year since 1987. Here is a picture of my wife and daughter at the Hog Days Stampede.
