This is a real working cow bell from the New Windsor Rodeo Run. These were awarded in all of the age groups. A Two & Four Mile Run in New Windsor, IL every year at the Rodeo. This is a nice race, which is all on country black roads. Afterward you have breakfast of coffee, bacon and eggs cooked by a local church as a fundraiser.
