How Far Was That?
How far did you run? You can find out exactly at http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/ start by entering your zip code or your city and state name at the top of page to find your city. Then enlarge by clicking the plus until you get to a size that you like and can read the street names. Click start recording at the left of your screen. Then at the start of your run double click. Every time you turn a corner double click again. If you come to the edge of your screen double clicking will take that area to the center of your screen. When you finish the total mileage will be on the left of the screen.
This is really cool but if you keep time also you can go to http://www.lakerunclub.org/PaceCalc.htm put in the miles and time get the pace per mile.

Very cool. For some reason my Nike plus chip isn't working very well and I missed out on recording some good times.
