WHERE: The race starts just south of The Rialto Theatre which is located in Joliet City Center approximately 1.0 miles north of I-80.

REGISTRATION: The fee for the 8K Run if pre-registered is $30.00 per person; $20.00 for age 18 and under (ID required). Register at www.joliet.easterseals.com Online registration will close May 6 at 12pm. All forms are due to Easter Seals by May 6. If registering the day of, the cost is $35.00 per person.

T-shirts will be awarded to the first 450 registered participants. Awards will be given for first, second and third place runners in all age categories, males and females. An award will also be given to the best overall resident and non-resident male and female runner. In the afternoon following the race, stop by Tinley Park’s annual St. Patrick’s Day parade along Oak Park Avenue.

Kahtoola Michigan Mountain 4k, 8k Run

Pine Knob Ski Area Clarkston, MI

Participants will be running directly on parts of Pine Knob Ski Area. You will be traveling up and down steep hills and on varied terrain with snow and ice. Some type of footwear traction system or snowshoe is recommended for this run. It is the third year of the race. It will test racers endurance and fortitude on hills and snow. $5 from each entry will benefit Grace Centers of Hope.

Join AVOL (AIDS Volunteer's, Inc.) for the 2010 Red Ribbon Run,
Lexington’s only 8k. The Red Ribbon Run takes place April 3rd at the
Kentucky Horse Park located at 4089 Iron Works Parkway. Registration
begins at 7am on site and the run is at 8am. You may also
pre-register at John's Run Walk Shop (361 South Ashland Avenue) or
online at www.avolky.org. Entry Fee is $20.00 on or before March 19th
and $25.00 after. The first 150 applicants who register will receive
t-shirts. All proceeds benefit AVOL. Walkers are welcome, and this
is a family event.
