The swim is in the crystal clear Duck lake with an in the water start. The bike is pretty much the flattest road in the county with one small climb on the way out, and is tree lined the entire way. Back county roads are lightly traveled to the point athletes have told us they have counted less than 20 cars back there. The run depending on Olympic or sprint depends on what you get for your money
