The Speedy Feet team is a very accomplished group of athletes who love to run, swim, bike and basically do any type of exercise, to stay in shape and live a healthy life. We all love to race and have raced a lot, locally and nationally. We want to take our passion for racing and give others races and events for motivation to train, to exercise, to have fun and also to be healthy.

WHAT: Dawg Gone Long Run 50 Mile Trail Race 6:30a

WHERE: Caesar Creek State Park, Start/Finish - 50 Springs Parking Area (Course map below)

3 loops of 16.4 miles of some of the best single-track around Caesar Creek lake south of SR 73. The largest hill is about 80', however the elevation changes are substantial due to almost constant rollers. Approx 990'of "rolling" per lap.

Miles between aid stations: 3.14, 4.70, 3.22, 2.96, 2.38
