Farmdale 2010 will be held on OCTOBER 9th. Farmdale registration will be opening on January 23rd via RunRace. We will have 10, 30 and 50 mile races this year! The website will be updated soon to reflect the changes. 50 mile will start at 5:00 am and have a 13 hour cutoff. 30 mile will start at 8:00 am and have a 9 hour cutoff. 10 mile will start at 8:00 am. All runners will receive a long sleeve technical shirt. 50 milers will get something extra! Hope to see you there!

We would like to invite you to the 3rd annual Black and Gold Running Symposium on March 6th hosted by the University of Iowa's Physical Therapy Student Organization!

Lectures will be given on core training, running clubs, running shoes, and tissue injury.

Keynote speakers include: Erin Moeller who is an Iowa Native, Wartburg College graduate, and professional marathon runner who ran in the 2008 Olympic Trials and Diane Nukuri Johnson who is originally from Burundi, competed for the Hawkeyes, and is now professional distance runner.
